Social Media Scheduler
If you use Social Media to promote your apps then using a scheduler can save you a lot of time. I personally use Twitter to promote my blog post and my apps.
Instead of sending my tweets one by one, I schedule them for the week in Hootsuite and they get sent automatically, even when I sleep. The tool even has an auto-scheduler that randomly distributes your tweets throughout the week.
